Mission's Conference Outcome

Hey y'all

Just letting y'all know how our Mission's Conference went. Monday Night we had 70-100 people!! It was great! Our "mother church" had two groups sing, and that was awesome. Tuesday and Wednesday night was good to, but there was only our church, with a couple extra people. Wednesday afternoon my pastor took Bro. Davidson to look at the church grounds, because it was always dark any other time. Bro. Davidson told Pastor that a millionaire had given Bro. Davidson some money to help out small churches in the area, and that he could give us money to buy the property were on if we really want it, the amount will be enough for a down payment. He also said that he was going to raise money to get us a baby grand piano (yahh!!!), my pastor and his family will go down to their "Home Missions Conference" in January and they'll raise money from the floor to get us this baby grand. My friend and I who rotates with me playing the piano at our church, are so excited. BUT... that's not all!!! Our pastor and his family don't live in the parsonage at our church, so Bro. Davidson said that next summer after graduation if we have the parsonage "livable" he could send us a graduate from his college to come head up the music program so Pastor doesn't have to. We wouldn't have to pay him, all we'd have to do is give him a place to live. This is all stuff we've been praying for (maybe not the baby grand) and it was a big blessing that he was able to do this for us!!
