So, I'm up at my grandparents, and of course, I left my dress skirt for church hanging up at home, so we had to do a last minute rush and run out to get me a new skirt. Easy enough, right? Or, not!!!!! We went to Kohl's and looked around like crazy, finally my mom asks one of the workers if they had any skirts, you should have seen the looks they gave us!!!!! We must be totally daft!!!! Anyway, then we went to T.J. Maxx, and of course the only skirt they had was a ugggglllly snake skin skirt, ewwwww!!! We then went to Meijers and the only skirt like thing they had was a knit dress that was too short!!! I was seriously upset (have I made my point?). So, it's snowing like crazy, the day after Christmas rush was getting into full throttle, and we were all really tired of all this. But, we went to Goodwill and looked around for skirts there, we couldn't find any that I really liked at first, so we went to look at dresses, we went this totally indecent prom dress, that I would have worn a sweater over (okay, any of my friends reading this, you can breathe again:)), but that just wasn't working!!! Finally we got my grandma, going through the skirt aisle, and she found this really cute, blue and black skirt, and a nice beige skirt, I was so happy =D.
But any way, to make a long story short (yeah right, uh?) the whole point is can you believe, all that trouble for just a nice skirt? I mean, come on, you'd think enough girls wear skirts at least once in a while to sell them more frequent!!!

I know right? Why is it so hard to find a good skirt!
I can only think of one place here that sells good skirts, and thats Catos...But other than them, it's gonna have to be Goodwill!
I totally agree with Rebekah!! Cato is probably the only place they STILL sell GOOD skirt!! It makes me mad, too! May I ask, the picture in the last post was a Michigan post. Is that where y'all are from?? If so, where??
OK, first of all, I was just rereading my post and I noticed that there are some typos, sorry about that!!!
Second of all, yes, Brooke, we are from MI, we live in a little city near Midland, about an hour or so from Lansing (I think, maybe you can look on a map).
Thanks for your comments, everybody!!!! luv 'em!!

I have been through this agony! Girls everywhere we must unite!!
Rebecca- I so totally agree w/ you!! We should form some group like AFA, and boycott any stores that dom't sell decent skirts :)!!
That would leave...
